Keswick climbing wall
This centre is for all levels of climbers 6+ but lessons are available for only £10pp an hour. Not only is there a climbing wall but there is also a bouldering section (climbing without ropes). As well as climbing, this centre gives you opportunities to do kayaking, canoeing, ghyll scrambling, archery, orienteering and much much more. Under 18’s can climb unsupervised if they show they are capable, whereas over 18’s can climb freely. Also you can bring your own gear and instructor (as long as long as they have the correct qualifications).
Opening times are 9am-5pm Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday it is open 9am-9pm. Entry fee is £5 for members and £6 for a non-members.
